It is an understatement to say keeping our spines as healthy as possible for as long as possible is essential. This month I’m sharing this article with you because it has all you need to know about sparing your spine. It’s written with humor, the photos are lovely, and the instructions are simple to follow. I’ll tease you and say you probably look like a nut when you bend, and that’s not a good thing!
